A player that I know and had a falling out with has changed their name to my real life first and last name. It is unique enough that it's easily found on social media and I have been harassed on more than one occasion as a result of this. Is there any way that I can notify Riot about this and have action taken? I don't play with them anymore, so reports for offensive summoner name are out of the question.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please submit a Support Ticket and they will look into this. I recommend also providing some evidence that is your name.
