What if, you got extra bonuses for being in a high rank?

I see that you get a lot with being a high rank. You not only get to know what to do but you also get some very nice prizes at the end. I might be stupid for asking for this but... as someone who had to get all the way to level 30 and just see it end there, I wonder if this might be nice to have.

Bronze - Your starting out, so you get nothing so don't even think about it.

Silver - You get a 10% increase in IP gain after each match, win or lose.

Gold - You get a 20% increase in IP gain after each match, win or lose.

Diamond - Instead of IP, you get a 5% chance after a won game to get 2% worth of your IP as RP.

Challenger - You get a 10% chance after a won game to get 4% worth of your IP as RP.

Now, why ask for extra IP? It is known that IP gain is hard to get after matches, and a majority of people would like to get all needed runes and champions so that is a majority of Silver and Bronze. Now, I would say Gold doesn't need it, but why skip Gold as most can get to Gold and its not something we need to do to hand out RP like that. Gold also is allowed to get the free Champion Skin at the end of a season so...

Why ask for RP? Most people want some extra RP to get skins that they are so close to getting yet they don't want to go and buy another $1 worth of RP and would rather just want the 1-25 RP needed. In this, those players have the opportunity but they must earn it by showing they put in the work to get it. It is not easy for most to get to Diamond, and only a few are allowed to be in Challenger (at a time) so the bonus will be only for them.

Wont people abuse the free RP? I don't know how but possibly. In Diamond, you can get at least 300 IP for a win, so I don't know what some one can do with a average of (also at least) 43 RP a week (if you get RP every once a day). And in Challenger, you get at least 84 RP a week.

Does the extra IP also go for the Bonus of the Day? I would say yes, but I can't say it should be. It's also something that I wouldn't do because its also complicated and 150 IP is obviously a lot.
