Sure as long as the AFK's/DC's, intentional feeders, trolls, non team players, those who refuse to communicate, etc, etc are taken care of first. Their toxic actions are the root of breeding most of the chat toxicity in online games. I don't understand why RIOT and most of the players don't get that.

This frustration should not be happening. Doing the things that cause this frustration is pretty pointless as well. but people do it and will continue to do it until something effective is done about it. That was my whole point.
