Sure as long as the AFK's/DC's, intentional feeders, trolls, non team players, those who refuse to communicate, etc, etc are taken care of first. Their toxic actions are the root of breeding most of the chat toxicity in online games. I don't understand why RIOT and most of the players don't get that.
