Buff to Twitch?

Can we get a buff on twitch? I almost never see him played ever since the q nerf making him basically have ZERO way of getting out of a bad situation since it doesn't go off for SIX seconds if you get hit. Seems like a long ass time to me. Also has very low movespeed considering he has no escape really or a reliable one at least.
