I just found out a way to make riot nerf the champions you want them to nerf

Most champions that people complain about on the boards never get nerfed or get nefed slightly

ahem ahem lux/zed/etc

Champs that nobody complains about always get gutted

ahem ahem viktor/rammus/swain

just complain about the champs you dont want nerfs than tahah! they dont get nerfed
