ever since this patch dropped with the new SR being actually implemented in game, ive gotten multiple crashes at loading, and in game. please riot. stop sucking. there im following your guidelines and not being a jerk. even though your TERRIBLE servers and AWFUL ability to release things without completely botching it hardcore is getting ME reported for leaving games and afking and forcing me to deal with bogus punishments i can't do anything about.

inb4 its my pc. its not. i spent 1k+ on this pc and know for a FACT that it can handle this game. its just riot being terrible like it always is.

if you want to be taken seriously, upload a video of you crashing in game, from start to finish. We can see your fps, pings, and other issues that you might have.

My laptop is running better with the new rift. It seems to go better for most people, and a few have problems. What kind of compute do you have, and how old is it? Money does not always mean good...
