Champion Shards and Owning all champs

In place of champion shards when we own all the champs can we just get orange dust instead? I'm not even asking for a skin just when RNG hates you and you struggle to get keys then finally get one and it's a champion shard..that's saddening when you own everyone.

Took me forever to get my past 3 keys, one had blitz the other had malphite and the one I just got had karthus. I'm not saying I deserve a big reward but can I at least get something useful?
