Just realized that after buying Pool Party Ziggs, it doesn't have a recall animation... And its 1350! He doesn't have a new voice, no new recall, new sound effects and animations but so does Pool Party Graves and that one HAS a recall animation... Update pool party plz so it has a animation?
This is due to Pool Party Ziggs being created before skin tiers were clearly defined in 2013. What they considered 1350 in 2012 is definitely much different than what consider 1350 today.

pool party graves came out a year after pool party ziggs back then skins were just that skins but now a days more work is put into them you cant blame riot and dont harp on the pool party ziggs skin for not having a recall cause it does have new sound effects and particles and then there is skins like magnificent tf that have nothing
Officer caitlyn is basically just a reskin with all the same animations too.
