Add a pregame report option

I am sick and fucking tired of having to ask for this.

Just had a player say "adc highly pref" ... "actually snowman" then locks in Nunu {{summoner:2}} and when asked if he was jungling or what he just replied "snowman". Someone asked if he would at least dodge and he replied "snowman" until a teammate dodged. Someone got punished because some stupid fucker decided, for no fucking reason, to troll. He was second pick. No one else asked for adc, no adc's were banned and the enemy hadn't picked one yet. There was absolutely no reason for this shit. But who gives a shit right? Not Riot.

People have been asking for a pregame report option for years. At least this way the troll might get punished and our dodge wasn't a complete middle finger up the ass. Got a troll? Sucks for you. Either dodge and be punished or play for 20+ minutes in a shitty environment that is likely to put you on tilt and cause more anger down the road.

For fuck sake I am sick of being held hostage by this stupid system. I have never dodged a match because you can carry a troll but more often than not 20 minutes later I am pissed at the troll and hating this game and hating Riot for refusing to implement one of the many great solutions provided by the players. At least have the balls to go into one of these threads and acknowledge that there is a problem. They generally get to the top of the boards when made and I have not once seen Riot respond to one. Hell even the calm well thought out rational ones get ignored. I can see Riot ignoring this one because I am openly raging at them but at least pretend you give a shit about this issue.
