Jhin isn't very complicated at all. In fact, when his kit was revealed, everyone said it was a mixture of the older adcs (his w is jinx's w, his traps are weaker teemo traps, his Q is really really boring, his ult is xerath's ult and his reload is a lesser combination of Graves/caitlyn passive).
And Aurelian Sol's kit is extremely simplistic. One of his abilities is just "the passive ring grows bigger". And people are actually complaining about his ult being lackluster, boring, blandest and lame for the epic space dragon who creates stars and destroys galaxies.
