I recently made a thread about buffing Elise and figured I might as well actually try her in a normal game. I have no idea how to build her though I remember when I first bought her I was with no items for quite awhile cause I didn't know what to build.
Also another question is how would cinderhulk work on Elise? Seems like it'd be fairly good since she can build say rylias or liandrys and get that 25% bonus hp while also having a bit of damage
I can give you the build for jungle, top and mid (I'm an Elise main).
Summoner spells are Smite (obviously) and Flash. For jungle rush

. The magic penetration is a must on Elise. NEVER get Cinderhulk on Elise because she either a tanky bruiser or an assassin. NOT a tank. I have seen many players get Cinderhulk and lose horribly because they did no damage and weren't tanky enough. After the first few items go for AP tank items I recommend 
as it gives you HP and AP at the same time. If you're fed go for 
since you need to survive the teamfights (unless you're going assassin, I haven't tried jungle assassin Elise yet). Also DON'T get 
after you finish your core, get it after your entire build That's basically the jungle Elise.
Summoner spells are Teleport or Ignite and Flash. For top start with

since you spend more mana then you think you do. When you first back try to get and 
. If you want to go tanky still get Haunting Guise first since you need to deal damage to be a threat. After that (if you're going tanky) get 
. And then same with jungle Elise, just go tanky after that. If you need armor you can get Zhonya but get it if you can get it quickly. And same with Liandry's Torment, get it after your full build. And poke with your Q in human form. After you get them to around half hp switch to spider form, rappel to them, Q, W, human form, Q, W. If that doesn't kill them then something went wrong or you just over estimated your damage.
And finally for mid Elise (my favorite) you are an assassin, not a tank or a bruiser. The summoner spells are Ignite and Flash. To start off get Boots and some mana and health pots. Doran's Ring is a trap for people who don't know how to play Elise effectively. Rush Haunting Guise and Sorcerer's Shoes. After that you can go for any of these items:

. And there you are, once again get Liandry's after your entire build. Remember, you are an assassin, not a tank. Try to catch squishy people out and about and do the rotation: (human form) E, Q, W, R, Q, W, ignite and carry on with Q and W if they won't die from ignite.

You build her like an AP assassin.
However, if you want to actually win games, then you build her as a tank/offtank despite the fact that their are other champions that can build tank/offtank and do everything better.
