Refunds should reset every season!

As a league player i am one of those people that have wasted their refunds in the past. Then it hit me, refunds should be refunded every season, because honestly i bet most of the average league players, on their first account, have used or wasted their refunds on lets say annie, urgot, or even zed because they just werent good with them when they bought them to begin with. In my opinion i think that riot should reset your refunds when the season comes to an end so that everybody can then start with 3 again.

edit: seems i managed to think of the same thing as some1 else. why cant i have that luck in solo q?? :/
