I don't recall jayce having any nerfs, his e,q combo still makes insane dmg, and i don't see a reason why he isn't being picked, also he is a good champion in top lane for a potential and very common laneswap...
2 ADC meta already in, no room for more AD in comp
because he can't bully out melees when every top laner in lcs is a ranged champion(except irelia)
not tanky, slow build up path, other top/mid laners provide more for the team
Because he got nerfed to hell.
He got hit by the nerf bat with the W change. Look it up in the patch notes. It was literally which killed his lategame.
