Just got this survey pop-up after an ARAM.... only issue is there was no Bard. In fact, I have never played against Bard.
It is cool that Riot wants feedback but they should at least make sure the champion in the question was in the player's match -.-
Well, he's fun to play against right now because he almost invariably fails to meaningfully contribute to his team...
I hate playing WITH Bards more than against. His ults and his habit of roaming the map and ignoring the team have been more harm than good in my matches.

I don't think the match had anything to do with the survey.
And I'm pretty sure the surveys are distributed randomly, which is important to maintaining useful and meaningful data. Even players who've never played with/against a Bard have something useful to input there - the fact that you haven't speaks to his play distribution.
No, for the record, it isn't. At least not the good ones. They juke so hard, and they CC so hard, and they heal all the time.
