I bring HP seals and focus the Q in lane. No one expects a meaningful heal when they try to attack my Ezreal.
Also, no one expects Ezreal to have NO FUCKING SYNERGY with Taric. Their relationship is at home. What they do on the rift with other people is separate.
But if you do pick Ezreal when your support picks Taric, please remember you have to become aggressive. Use that E to line up Dazzle-- don't save it to run away.
I spam my passive and do nothing else, because that's really the only way to enjoy him.

Proper attire is mandatory when playing as Taric. Consult your calendar on what outfit is most appropriate. Classic Taric for New Year's Eve. Emerald Taric for when it is Saint Patrick's day. Bloodstone Taric for Halloween. Pool party Taric for the 4th of July and the summer solstice. All other days you are to wear your Armor of the Fifth Age outfit, especially on Richard Simmon's birthday. And in game you are to protect Ezreal from any cootie-borne carriers who try to sway him away from your undying love. Especially Lux who is a skig-skag scallywop and must be vanquished with impunity.
Get Sheen early, and only use abilities for your passive and sheen.
