IP Dump system

I was thinking we could use something to dump IP on for people who have nothing to use it on. I'm currently sitting on 19k and rising IP (I can't remember the last time I went below 10k..)

A nice idea I thought of was to have a similar thing as hextech only we buy chest with IP and we get random things (no skins cause that would defeat the purpose of hextech chest) Also we could be able to get duplicates (so pretty much similar to overwatch loot boxes) as to not make it so we can just collect and wait for something new

A few ideas I had for what could be in the chest

• Death Animation Icons
• Chroma Skins (not packs but only 1 color each per champion so as to give more things to gain)
• Emote Icons
• Border accessories(Sorta how the Spray works in overwatch only instead of being able to have a bunch of weird tags on the rift we'd just see them on the border)
• IP or EXP boost (nobody buys these things for RP anyway might as well have them available here for new players that might want to try their luck)
• 5 RP (Now I know how much Rito hates giving free stuff but 5 RP isn't a lot and it'd take a ton of boxes to be able to afford anything decent. It's also a nice way for people who only need say 10 RP for a skin to get it)
• Chat colors. This may not seem like much but people love to get creative. It's a nice to do silly things every once and awhile.

I can't think of much else but we really need a way to waste IP for people who don't have anything to spend it on and this seems like a fair way to make sure nothing is abused
