I hate your MMR system for Diamond Riot

Even with this pretty good winrate I'm losing -22 and gaining 14. Not like you guys are annoucing division markers when 1 month is left. What should I for fucking high mmr seriously? What is the deal in background of this system? Is losing 44 LP in 2 games fun for you?
