Look at her right wrist. The way they made the model, they didn't bother adding a joint there, instead, they just warp the model until her hand is facing upright, even though it distorts the mesh -- I traced over her arm in black, so you can see it easier under the orb.

They made a new model for this skin, and that's the quality you get. Neato.

But hey, Riot cares deeply about their game, and puts their best effort into everything, right?
