People not getting punished for serious issues.

It is one thing not to punish people who rage at a feeder in a ranked game mildly, or not punish the feeder because everyone has a bad game. However recently I have been with several players who tell people to kill themselves (a federal crime) in a NORMALS game because they are doing bad. People who verbally abuse others and ruin the entire fun of the game need to be punished, I don't care how infrequently it is (but its probably pretty frequent with this violators). People who rage in normals period need to be punished. YOU NEED TO GET ON IT RIOT
