Can we get some nerfs on Naut's CC or Damage?

His kit should literally deal ZERO damage, besides his auto's, you really shouldn't get that much cc while having consistent/burst damage. He just provides so much to a team it's ridiculous. Could we nerf his damage or at least make him not have so much dam cc or make his ult not a lock down
