Yep. 
Riot made sure to forget to make a ward that can see stealth. Keep buying those green wards because they totally work. Oh she ganked you again? That is a shame. If only there was an item that gave you vision of her. Too bad Riot forgot to make one.
That's actually not how you ward against eve. Yes it helps to have pink vision in places around the map. However, the best way to ward against eve is to ward her camps and have aggressive ward placement so you have information about what lanes she's near when she takes her camps.
I think the complaint is that of you can see her with the pink ward, she'll clear it and come back later. There's a neat trick with combining pink ward with green ward so that green ward can extend the vision range of pink ward over wall, though.

But when you're mid you can't ward all 12 gank spots. Plus you don't get pinks against Eve, you ward her jungle, because a good Eve will work around pinks.
I hate having to remind people--and pray to Gaben they'll actually do it--to buy pink wards when against an eve.
People just hate to have to buy something that costs 100G and can be taken down in 5 seconds.
You can only have 5 pink wards on the map, and there are 2 ways Eve can get in to your lane. From the river, or from the lane its-fucking-self. That's only top lane, too. Mid lane she has 5 ways (Either river, from your own jungle, or from lane). Bot has 3. From beside the tower, through river, or through lane. You can maybe ward one lane properly to protect against Eve, but the fact is her being invisible gives her a huge advantage that no other champion gets.
Warding in or near her creep camps with greens works too. it doesn't tell you when she's at the edge of your lane, but it tells you if she's close to it. If you pay attention to which direction she goes from it, you can get a general idea as well.

Yeah that still doesn't work. Eve can still walk up through lane from his allies side and gank. Unless you're pink warding lane and your opponent is letting them stay around, you can't actually ward out Eve
As an eve main. Her stealth is by far her best kit atribute. Riot nerfs her every 3 patches. I'd rather have an eve o. The enemy team than a yasuo or garen. At least she isn't broken . And takes skill 2 play. And don't give me that but all u do is spam her a bs. You have to be sneaky as f to make her work. And farm if like a pro.

My problem with Eve is not that you can't ward against her, because you really can. It's that her PASSIVE is an automatic skill check against the entire enemy team to see if they ward properly and watch map. If no, freelo. If yes, then you have an actual match to play, and questions of skill and teamwork can start to be asked. Even back in S2 I've always thought it poor design to have a champion who is completely immune to green wards.
