Okay, am I allowed to ask for Shen buffs?

I have a few I would like looked into, if possible.

First, can Shen's MR be changed from a flat 30 to 25 (+0.55 per level) or something? This would be better than a flat 30.

Second, can Shen's W gain a passive to give him +10/20/30/40/50% tenacity?

And lastly, can Shen's W be based off of (+80% bonus HP) in stead of (60% AP)?

I just think that he might need some protection against all the powerful enemies in early to late game.
