Why is it I'm the one who gets blamed when I have 1k+ ping all game

All game, my ADC and mid laner, who fed their lane opponents WAY before I could do anything, just flamed me because half the time I could barely walk. It took me 20 fucking seconds to try to leave base at one point, yes I counted. And the entire enemy team "then how come you can chat and still use abilities?"

Because chat isn't just off when you're lagging hard and I was literally pressing every button I could. Of course, the ONE time I try Ahri jungle this happens, and I didn't even do bad beside literally not being able to move, but that wasn't my fault. And our Zed fed their Anivia BEYOND belief, but of course that was my fault, because apparently sitting their crying in my jungle trying to start hitting a camp for a full minute is my fault you lost 1v1.

Can we please get a way to show people that we are actually lagging, because apparently missing skillshots by 20 seconds and only moving once every minute isn't enough proof. Just because I can get more kills than you when I can't even see anything at all doesn't mean I'm trolling.

UPDATE: Can't even change my runes/masteries now... Time Warner btw, located central Texas noramlly with 40-50 ping, literally unplayable rn, nothing else is fucked up.

EDIT: At least it happened in the normal I played just after Ranked, so I guess no LP loss...
