Not a good idea... The point of starting with a potion or potions is to give yourself some extra lane sustain and not miss out on the important early game levels. Being forced out of lane early could land you at level 3 when your lane opponent is 4 or even 5... this is a massive advantage and they'll dominant the lane because of it more often than not.
Looked at your match history...your build paths could use some work in general...take Veigar for example...Veigar is super squishy with no mobility...you should have at least tier 1 boots early...I get that ludens Echo helps with move speed, but it's really not that much...speaking of ludens Echo, it's a good rush on some champs but I feel like that's not really the case on Veigar...Veigar needs safety/stability for the mid game so Zhonyas or morellonomicon or Athens unholy Grail (based on your lane opponent) would likely be your best rush on Veigar
