Some quick and easy math on the cost and actual value of the Chroma Skin packs.

So, as many of you may notice, some do not like the skin packs at all. I have read on multiple occasions that many believe that the packs are simply Riot trying to "grab more cash then they really need" which if you look at it, really doesn't seem to be the case. Nobody is forcing you to buy these packs, but just in case that you don't really care about the fact that nobody is forcing you to buy them, here is some quick math to show you the value as opposed to the cost of a normal Chroma pack.

A simple recolor skin, such as White Mage Veigar or Golden Alistar costs 390 RP. Now these are the most basic of skins, as it does nothing but simply recolor the champion. Now, a Chroma Skin pack has three recolors in it, so if you just do some simple multiplication you can figure out that 390 multiplied by 3 is 1170. Now I don't want to show how amazing my math skills are, but 1170 is 220 more RP than 950, the price of a Chroma Pack.

So in conclusion, stop complaining about Chroma Packs.

Complaining about skins is like complaining about a painting to decorate your house. If you don't like it, don't buy it. You won't have to move out of your house if you don't find paintings you like for it.

I agree i just wish they had it so if u wanted to u could buy a single color instead of make it a bundle because for me if i was going to buy one (which i have no intention) i would only want one because that would be the only color i like

very well put, i think people have just become a little spoiled with the current releases of skins. back when LOL started, the people working this weren't the best at it, now they r able to make totally epic skins, so why should we go back to simple for anything but money right?

I cant speak for others but for me I hate the packs because I do not care about having more than 1.

Say there are 2 options A) 1 blue chroma for X champ - cost: 300 RP B) every single color for X champ - cost 350 RP

I would buy A. To me there is no value added in having more colors. So bundling adds cost but no value for me. Which just makes them not worth it. Now I do mostly agree with your point that its useless to complain about. They are purely cosmetic so if you don't like it, don't buy it. BUT theres a difference between just complaining about stuff and constructively giving feedback. I would like some of the chromas. I would probably buy one of the lucian chormas if I could buy them individually. As it stands now I basically have to pay 590 RP for prime blue, which I'm not going to do.

If the bundles are working for riot, more power to them. I just wont buy buying any.
