PSA: "Assassin" is not synonymous with Strong

An Assassin is any champion designed with the intention to be able to kill a squishy in under 4 seconds.

Stronger assassins can do it faster, with higher damage.

Weaker ones are any assassins who take a long time or don't deal enough damage.

An Assassin can be weak.
