Can i please get real indicator when people get punished?

I'm tired of having someone afk or be toxic, then tell them im going to report them and get the response, "im not going to be punished", especially since i never, ever get a "a summoner you have reported has been punished" notification, even when they say "im going to afk." and then afk, or a premade flame me all game, tell me to uninstall, tell me to refund nidalee, all for not carrying their bot lane.

please. Just a message when someone i report get's punished will give me so much more faith in the community and automated tribunal. If this isn't possible on the current client, i'll wait for the new one.
