I'm fairly certain I wasn't 14-day banned or anything. And earlier my friend got his, and I logged on my level 7 alternate account and it got one. Has anyone else still not gotten one either? And if anyone at Riot sees this is there a way I can check to see if I was banned sometime this year and just didn't notice?
I haven't gotten it. Never had any penalty. Not even reported that I am aware of.
I was so impatient and so eager, when I actually got it, it was crap lol. Appreciate it nonetheless. xD
Rioters have expressed that they're still rolling out and to wait 2 weeks before worrying, most will get them within a week.
My smurf is still waiting on his, but all one can do is be patient. They're rolling out in waves (as opposed to everyone at once) to avoid breaking the system, so just have to hope the wave your account is in comes up soon.
My smurf got Happy Elf Teemo, which is nice, but I am still waiting for mine! It's normal, just be patient. :D
