I'd say there is a bunch of people down there that could potential be Plat/Diamond but one thing holds them back.
Attitude.
About 15% of silver should be about gold/plat+ but their attitudes hold them back.

Every so often someone posts saying "I was bronze and I stopped talking every time someone made a mistake and now I'm climbing through gold"

This is just an opinion from my experience. Ofc it's not real statistical number but about 15 of every 100 people I play with down could potential be much higher.
I never play with bronze so I can't say anything about bronze.
Wickedfates1 voteswell, fair nuff... i like what this game calls smurfing, i have many accounts i level at different times, i wonder sometimes at matchmaking most of all, (the low level vs the high high levels always makes me upset) i play with unranked, bronze, silver, gold, plat, diamond, master, challenger.... during all of this i see patterns.... there are many people in many ranks that would fit as well in a higher or lower rank....
(i will use brz to plat because that is the player base, even if Riot balances on plat+)
what i mean is this; many plat players would be seen exactly the same if they had a bronze or silver border, many silver players could easily do well in plat+.
LF Annie1 votesas someone who's only goal for ranked is to get the skin. fuck attitudes of low elo, i wish i could just have chat removed. it does nothing for anyone in ranked. i have rarely seen anyone use it other than for harassing or nitpicking others.
TLDR, gimme a toggle chat feature. i don't care what my team has to say, because its rarely constructive.
