Accidental permanent bans are to be expected as they iron out the issues with the system. If your account was unfairly banned send a support ticket in here.

Also remember that your ticket will most likely take some time to get looked at due to (I assume at least) a high number of tickets being sent in. Don't create multiple tickets or bump your current one, that will just make it take longer for you to get an answer.

I had my season 3 account perm banned for being botted to 30 then sold even though it's not botted nor a sold account and i did send them a ticket and all i got is this Greetings Summoner,

I can understand your point of view but, unfortunately, we are 100% certain of this. As such, the account will remain suspended.

This decision is final.
