There needs to be a report for playing while under the influence, with a two-offense permaban.

Its a video game. If its in ranked, I understand wanted to report, but in norms, no. It's a game. People will play drunk. People will play high. People will play tripping on shrooms/lsd/x/etc. I personally do norms drunk every once in a while. It's fun, it makes my drunkenness fun, and it seems to, at least with non-toxic teammates, lighten the mood and make us play better as a team. As long as you don't have a stick up your ass and neither does the drunk person, you will have fun regardless of win or lose. (This goes for sober and drunken play, tbh.)

Play a DIFFERENT game when you're drunk instead of just making yourself an ass. There are plenty of games you can laugh about while drunk that don't require you ruin it for 4 other people. Play GTA or something. Hell, if you need a list of other Free games to play where you don't need to be able to think to play I'll give you one.

You're only level 24, so I'll forgive you for not knowing how the game works. But once you're past being a new player, people aren't so fond of you intentionally ruining the game.

I have 2 level 30s along side this account. I'm not new, at all.

I don't make myself an ass while I'm drunk, and if I do, people laugh at it typically. I do get those occasional ragers that are like you, but most of the time, it's at night and in norms, so everyone else is drunk and/or high as well. I'm not ruining the game a lot of the time either, I still retain most of my mechanical skills (#JungleGodWhenDrunk) but when it comes to decisions, like anyone when drunk, they're poor. Which doesn't matter when you're still coherent and can listen to pings and your team is like "Hey! Let's take dragon!"

Drunken League is fun and happens a lot more often than you think. A lot of people don't even announce they're drunk until you do too. Same goes for being high. It's fun, takes a lot of the stress off of league (yes, even in norms), and makes it fun for everyone. It's like being at a party with friends, but instead of being with people irl, you're still recharging your introversion while being at a party.

It's not against the rules, it's not bad unless you have a stick up your ass (or the drunk person isn't a silly/happy drunk), and it isn't reportable at all.

It's completely reportable. It's assisting the enemy. Same as if you were trying to play with only one hand or running into their base.

Not if I'm still playing legitimately. It isn't reportable at all. If I am legitimately intentionally feeding, then yes, I would be reported and I would take said report with grace. However, playing a video game while drunk/high/etc. has NEVER been against the rules of ANY game I've found and if it's a gray area, like you're pointing out, they go with the no rather than the yes in most situations.
