I just played a game as the new Gangplank, and I have something to say about him.

I fucking love it. My heart would not slow down for any time in combat. (Might be a side effect from not playing League in a month, but I don't really think so.) I was not only having fun, but was also constantly scanning the battlefield for the optimal place to put my powder kegs. Almost nothing seems to beat the feeling of having an enemy walk backwards away from a near exploded powder keg, only for me to place another one and detonate them both together. Once or twice I swear I was going to have a heart attack because of how much fun I was having. I just... I love it. I love every part about it. His voice, his look, his kit, EVERYTHING. Yes this post is just praising Riot for the simple changing of a champion, but I don't really give a damn. And you know what? While on the topic of praising Riot, I have a few more things to say: I don't really care about Fiora, I think her splash art is fine. I actually enjoy the balance changes that Riot has been making. And I LIKE THE NEW HUD. (Oh shit better put me in the chair for that one.)

i haven't played the new GP yet but the way someone was murdering me with him i was enjoying the new GP, some guy set up 3 kegs and shot one and set off a chain reaction, my eyes where like O_O ...also i like the new hud, i can finally see the left corner part of my screen lmfao

In all seriousness, I haven't been able to play League yet, but I tried a short custom to see if the duration of MF's E was lowered. The HUD isn't that bad, and the Fiora update, although she is uglier and older, I kinda like that.

Before Gangplank's update i couldn't ever see myself playing him but now, i think he looks really cool and i absolutely love what they did to him. Before, being put against him in top lane was such a pain, because it was all about him spamming his q ability. But after the update, there's a lot more creativity in the people that play him and they try to make interesting plays. It's really fun to see what gangplank can do in-lane now and i appreciate the players that try to utilize all of his abilities instead of just mashing q in lane. Love the rework.
