@Riot: When A New Champ Is Released...

... 2 things need to be done.

A) This champion is banned from Ranked for 2 weeks, can't be picked. This should be a no brainer...

B) Champion CANNOT BE BANNED IN NORMALS... Every time I try to play a new champ, the crybabies who don't get it just ban them hoping I will dodge. After a certain amount of times this happens I do end up dodging and I am the one who is being punished.

You wan't people to play the new champion right? Well I have been in 6 Queues and each time the first person banning bans them every god damn time, presumably because they didn't get him. I have dodged in the last 2 because I was First Pick and was actually going to get him... I had time for 1 god damn game and i just wanted to try Sol. Please Riot, these 2 points I made should have already been implemented awhile ago. Im not going to go in to Blind Pick and play who can click on Sol fastest because sometimes I load in later then everyone else.

that doesnt make sense though. he is either available in all queues, or none at all. You can pick and choose when someone should be available or not. Plus it seems silly that while you do have a solution to all this (blind pick) you dont play it because its who can click the fastest. Hell if anything it should be apparent that playing the new champion is always difficult because everyone wants to play him/her. either wait for your turn to come, or wait till after he is done in free rotation (3 weeks) when everyone should be bored with him, and only the people who truly wanna play him will be playing him which shouldnt be a lot, especially in Rank/Draft!
