Coming from a semi-toxic player (i am trying to et better) I have received 2 30 game chat restrictions and one 5 game 5 minute lower Q (left aram with 5 minutes left as we were getting crushed) Please dont just say hurr durr u are toxic, i am working on it have never received any sort of ban or suspension

Does chat restriction automatically stop you from getting the gift? I've known some of the people on my friends list who gotten chat restriction but still got the free mystery gift skin from earlier this year! I'm not too sure what the restrictions are for this event, but it would be messed up if you couldn't get it over chat restriction! Bans I can understand, but as far as I know those types aren't considered bans!
It's probably only if u repeatedly get them
It doesn't explicitly saying that having a punishment makes you ineligible just that punishments since February will be considered. My guess is if all 3 of your punishments were in that time frame you probably wont get the rewards.
