When i send tickets to Riot
When i send tickets to riot i feel like they have the text already typed up and saved and they just copy-paste it in their response. I mean i almost never get the answer i am looking for. The tickets i send are either complaints or simple questions but i never get the answer i am looking for. I am not expecting them to erase my leave buster history, or remove any reports, but when i ask for example a question about reports, i never get the answer i am looking for, of if i ask for a chat log of a particular game, they won't give it to me. Their answers always feel like excuses which makes think they have an already made text which they paste in each situation.
Now to be totally fair, Riot, in comparison with other game makers, are really typical and quick on their responses and i love that, they usually answer within a day or two which is pretty awesome and i give them props for that, i just wish that their responses weren't so typical and by the book, and that they had more freedom about releasing particular information.
i know that they have a huge volume of requests and tickets and it is really hard for them to spend a lot of time answering. i also know that most of these people really want to help but it's the company's policy to not give any information out in public, however the community needs answers and answers must be given. They have to be more specific with their responses instead of vague answers that lead to more questions.
