This skin was Hyped awhile ago and "Confirmed" by Morello to be made, at least the general concept. Would love to see this in game. Insta buy skin.

The Mighty Flea1 votesIts still in production. If you check their skin concept and development page it is the only confirmed skin still in production. I wish i had a link. but i am sure you can find the page rather easily.
Guy Fox Teemo1 votes1: They don't have a Skin concept and development page. (Or I've never heard of it and can't find it on google) 2: It doesn't take 4 years to make a skin. Rather 2 weeks. (Or about a few months for legendarys)
