this triforce change is good, but i worry about one champion in particular
And that champion is gangplank. Aside from him, irelia, xin, udyr, and other fighters just got a new item to throw into their builds

You mean they got back an item that basically got taken away from them in the ADC update.
It's probably easier to adjust Gangplank for the loss of Triforce's crit chance than to try and adjust ALL those fighters for the fact that they lost the item.
Yea I main GP and it will really mess up his item synergy, however way more champions will enjoy playing with a TF back in their build so Im ok with it for the greater good.
Likely in a few patches (maybe 2-4 months i bet?) GP will see some help, as his core item synergies (Sheen procs + crits) is no longer going to be around
