I admit farming is not my speciality however i do good if i am left alone and not bothered. I hate ADC when the enemy adc counters me and constantly harrasses me while i can't answer back.

Laneswap isn't possible cause noone wants to do it. So what do i do? What do i do if the enemy ADC counters me so bad and don't let me farm?

That is why your support needs to cover for you. i would know being a Support main it is my job to make my Adc's laning smooth and the enemys Adc difficult. However sometimes it is easier said than done.

Learn how to farm under turret. It's a little harder to practice in custom games than practicing free farming, but you can group the enemy wave and force a push to your turret to get practice that way, or include an enemy bot to push the wave against you. Knowing how to use your autos and skills to get all the minions while they are being shot by the turret takes a lot of practice, but the basic is of course to hit a melee minion after it is shot twice by the turret and to hit caster minions once before and once after a turret shot to kill them (or use a damage skill so you can finish them off after one turret shot). When they already have less than perfect health and after you buy your first items it gets harder to judge exactly.

Also you can often farm with long ranged skills. If the enemy ADC tries to zone you to the point that you can farm with ashe volley / ezreal Q / caitlyn Q, etc., they are going to have trouble getting their own cs. Zoning you out of auto range is relatively easy, zoning you out of skill range - depending on your champ - can be quite hard.

You can also simply give up farm (except under tower) and wait for a gank, drive the opponents back or kill them, and then free farm for a little while. If you get an item advantage it should be harder to zone you even in a difficult matchup. You kind of have to decide if you're doing this or farming with skills - if you use all your mana for farming you won't be able to do much when the gank does come and if you lose the 3v2 and give -them- kills, things will get worse.

In the worst case, you can simply give up your outer turret. This is bad because of giving up global gold and map control, but your map control is nearly nonexistent in the situation you describe anyway. In high-ELO games the enemy might freeze lane and starve you of farm anyway, but in low-ELO games they probably don't know how, or even if they do, their support or jungler will probably not understand what they are doing and push the lane anyway (I can't tell you how many times my freeze has been broken by my own support or jungler.... I can't freeze anyway Tristana which is my main, but if I'm on another ADC I'm pretty good at it ... until my team comes to 'help' me ...)

Learn to freeze lane yourself. If you do give up outer turret you're going to want to freeze just outside of inner turret and get as much farm as you possibly can to try to catch up. You want wards and your team ready to gank. The enemy botlane should absolutely not be able to harass you at inner turret in the early game unless your jungler and midlaner are both completely incompetent, but a 4/5 man gank is a real risk. Wards will let you ping for assistance if the enemy bot lane does come in to break the freeze or retreat if they come in for a 4/5-man dive.
