(Serious) Question about hud/Ranked

ive noticed i get major fps issues in ranked games and ranked games only,(getting a consistant 8fps in ranked and ~22 in norm/aram) and im wondering if this has to do with it still being on the old hud, like are you guys using dif servers for the ranked games? im hoping with the new hud going live in ranked my issues will be over
