Riot do you plan to create a system that can be considered an IP dump?

I currently own all the champions and am sitting at 20k IP.

Maybe more of the death animation icons for 1k-2k IP each or maybe start back working on chroma skins and make them 7.8K IP

just something so we don't have to see IP rotting away it
