I think riot wants me to make a new account?!?!

So i once had a job and wasn't going to college... I had some money and i kept buying champions on sale, i also played alot and bought champions with ip. I own currently 109 champions! And a few skins. I am lvl30 anf i didn't know anything about mmr and elo. I jumped in ranked games as soon as i got lvl30 started somewhere in silver, but soon got in b5, as i played more and more i became better in the game. New season started and put me back in b5 which i think it's unfair. Now i am currently b4, i win more than 50% of my games, last time i checked my score was 69 games 39 wins ( i did 2-8 in provisionals) so me score is actually 61 games 37 wins, that is way over 50%. The problem is me lp gain is 9-12 and losing costs me 19-24!. I think riot does that on purpose so that i quit and make new account and buy champions over!. Right now there hasn't been much left to buy other than skins. According to many people i forums, the system matches me with people of the same mmr, if am not in the league i belong and i i am higher, the system gives less points and take more when i lose. The thing is, there isn't anything under b5 so how can this be fair. Unless there a wood league or copper, tbe lowest is bronze. Even if my mmr is so screwed i think 9lp for win and 20 for a loss isn't fai at all in bronze. I think since bronze is the lowest there is lp should always be more when you win that what you lose no matter how bad you are. Also last seasin i won around 35-40% of my games so my mmr shouldn't be so terribly low. I am desperate, i cant make a new account because i own all these chamls in this one, i win over 50% of my games and i am still so low. :( Riot is definitely asking for more money and they won't have it...
