ETA on Ranked 5s?

My friends and I like to play as 5 and see how far we can get in rank just for the fun of it considering only two of us even play ranked Solo Queue. How long before we actually get to do this? Before anyone says anything, we don't care for dynamic. We like our team name and like having a team rank. And I can't play with 3 of them because our ranked differences. So. How long before I can have fun with my friends again, Riot?
