My Mordekaiser Rework
Passive: Mordekaiser gains a shield based automatically off 10% of his health and the damage he inflicts. (Shield no longer goes away unless given damage by an enemy.)
Q: Mordekaiser deals damage to one enemy dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+60% AD) (+60% AP) magic damage and ricochets from 1 enemy to another (max 3) dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+60% AD) (+60% AP) magic damage (each ricochet must be in a 200 range distance). If the target enemy is alone, damage is doubled. (+10% shield for each hit.)
W: Mordekaiser surrounds himself with a vortex (of either what he has now or the ash and meta bits) to gain 10/20/30/40/50 armor and magic resist for 4 seconds. Enemies near Mordekaiser are dealt 5/10/15/20/25 (+25% AP) and Mordekaiser heals himself for 10% of the damage dealt. (Ability can be cast on an ally minion or champion for double the effect. +1% shield for each enemy damaged per second.) Ability now passively grants +1/2/3/4/5% shield for each enemy slain by Mordekasier. Note: this ability now uses health as cost again.
E: Mordekaiser sends out damage to multiple enemies dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+75% AP) to each. (Mordekaiser gains +5% shield for each enemy hit. Enemy champions give 15% shield per each hit.)
R: Reverted back to its original.
MS: 325 > 340
