Why do I have to win?

Seriously why do I HAVE to win for it to go down one game? (It used to be at 15 games but now 6) Like really, i have to WIN? Can't i just play? Forcing me to win to make it go down ONE game from it already being at 15 (Thats around 7-8 hours of playing league if you win every game) If you win every other game then you have to play for 16 hours.. And playing it in draft mode... I'd rather have a ban of not playing league for 2 days... THen waste my time playing freaking draft mode.
