Make something for the excess IP long term players have.

For players that have been playing for a 4-5 seasons now, or just play an incredible amount over the last few seasons, we are building up a ton of IP points.. I have all the rune pages i could ever need, every champ, and every relevant rune/glyph that is part of a possible build, I have enough for the next two champions that are released, and could change my summoner name whenever I want.

Maybe utilize the Hextech Crafting to create an IP dump for veteran players?
