Deep Terror Nami1 votesYou can purchase Champion Shards for IP and disenchant them for your blue essence.
datfatguy1 votesThat's what I did. And in the end? 599 blue essence.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesThat will go towards another Mastery 6/7 :3
Elite4Runner1 votesI've heard of instances where Riot will drop an IP/RP point or two into your bucket if you are just short of what you are needing to reach your goal.
Maybe try and file a support ticket and see if they will give you the needed blue essence.
The worst that could happen is ... well, nothing.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesThey have mentioned that they absolutely cannot grant Hextech Loot at this time, unfortunately.
