I'm not sure that a lot of you people understand how making a skin works.

You can't just be like "make this skin for this specific champion or you won't get paid". Well, technically you can, but it's a very inefficient way of creating skins. Skins are art and art takes inspiration. Concepts are drawn and go through a rigorous process before they are approved and worked on by a full team.

And the boards is spammed with good ideas... From Pirate Teemo, to Dragon trainer Kled, to Snow day Azir and so on...

Problem is that they instead decide on putting efforts on less appreciated skins like Gravelord Azir, the whole luchador set or even Demon Teemo.

It's not the matter that skins are made or not, is how good they are.

I wouldn't mind if Riot took my ideas and didn't pay me a single dime as long as I saw them in game. Wouldn't even be mad.
