Why is it that I randomly get blocked for chat for 15 seconds during champ select? It gets rather annoying that it happens at random and considering I call out my lane, people end up calling the lane I would like to receive before me because i am blocked for like 15 seconds.
Is this some sort've problem or glitch? I haven't been chat restricted in all my years of LoL so what gives?

Not sure but when I do come in i immediately call a lane and sometimes it just doesnt let me. Even if I haven't typed anything at all in previous games.
