Can we give a small round of applause to Bioluminescence?
Seriously, this woman is awesome! Her "micro" Gangplank lore competition was a roaring success to say the least, and the prizes for it came from her own funds, AND she presented the winning stories to Riot in a somewhat fashionable manner. If you havent seen the winners, here is a link:

But, these are not the only things on her very impressive resume so far. She also made a very interesting Bard fan-fic. Here is the link:
AND, theres more. Ever since she has introduced herself, she has been on the side of the players, instead of Riot's, which is quite interesting to see from a Rioter (even though she is one of the newest Rioters). I'm not saying that the Rioters are against the players, just that we have yet to see Bio actually defend Riot (this could be because she has been there for a short amount of time).
She may not hold alot (if any) power at Riot, but for the player base, I'm sure we can all agree that she has easily, and very quickly, become one of our favorite Rioters.
Oh, and by the way, on her official resume, she was one of the leading character designers for Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite!

Yeah...that Elizabeth. The reality shredding, time traveling beauty in this beauty of a game. She is of Bio's doing (well.....her and her team.....but still).
