Is posting RP giveaways, etc allowed on the board?
It just seems like potentially harmful spam to me, but there isn't a specific category for it.

If people are willing to purchase RP cards, or gift RP to people, which either way it goes comes out of their pocket, then I wouldn't see it being 'illegal' or disallowed.
